Former Clovis West High star swimmer Cary Wright helped the USC Trojans clinch the title at the Pac-12 Championships last weekend.
Wright finished fourth in the B final of the 200 butterfly, clocking in at 1:45.97 as the Trojans claimed their first conference title since 1979.
USC finished with a program-record 818.5 points, ahead of Stanford (809.5) and defending champion Cal (673).
Wright finished 10th in the B 400 IM (3:47.95), 12th in the B 200 backstroke (1:44.26) and 12th in the B 200 butterfly (1:45.97)

His younger brother, Justin Wright, finished fifth in the 200 butterfly (1:43.85) for Arizona. He also placed 19th in the C final in the 100 butterfly (48.31).
