Actress recalls vamping for 'Twilight,' which alights on DVD
LOS ANGELES Rachelle Lefevre loved that she got to vamp it up as Victoria in “Twilight.”
She loved all of the stunt work she got to do as the super-powered, blood-drinking vampire. And it didn’t hurt that she’s a fan of vampire books. The first time she read Bram Stroker’s “Dracula,” she finished it and immediately started reading it again. She reacted the same way when she discovered the “Twilight” books.
If you missed Lefevre’s work in last year’s movie, it is scheduled to be released on DVD this week. Borders Books, 7722 Blackstone Ave., will host an event starting at 10 p.m. Friday. It will lead up to the movie, based on the popular Stephenie Meyer book, going on sale at midnight.
