I find it troubling that U.S. Supreme Court is politically motivated and divided along party lines. If all cases are going to be deadlocked 4-4, left vs. right, until a ninth judge is appointed, perhaps we should just excuse them until that day arrives.
Better yet, let’s excuse them permanently and appoint nine justices capable of voting either way based on what’s right or wrong. Supreme Court justices have duty to uphold the Constitution based on law and facts – not their personal, political or religious beliefs.
