Regarding T. C. Morgan’s letter Nov. 10: In my experience with professionals in the mental health field, I have found that they will usually tell you that if you, “Open your eyes, look around, observe discerningly, you will know which person is a vagrant and which is homeless.” Unfortunately, they also add that your conclusion will almost always be wrong.
Now I understand why the term, “Monday-morning armchair quarterbacks,” was born. It is self-evident.
“Ask not for whom the bells toll. They toll for thee.”
