Most people seem to enjoy writing letters of complaint. I, however, enjoy writing a letter of commendation about the Fresno City Water Department. At 7:30 p.m., I wrote an email to the department regarding a possible lost monthly bill along with questions regarding their billing system.
Amazingly, at 10:30 a.m., I received an email back from Rebeca answering all my questions in a timely, professional and courteous way.
Kudos to Rebeca and the Fresno City Water Department.
