While visiting my grandmother in Clovis, she informed me of how Clovis was told to cut back on 36% of its water use.
She explained that there are certain days she is allowed to water her lawn and days where she is not. She said there are days when she sees her neighbors watering the lawn when it’s not their day and even businesses on days where watering is not allowed.
What would be a positive way to make sure that everyone is partaking in these rules, so more water is being conserved?
