“I fully complied with every rule.” This is a complete lie. Laws and rules were established back in the 1970s and were updated into the 2000s. Federal employees, including secretary of state, must conduct all federal business on a government email address. In fact, Hillary Clinton fired one employee for using a private email and warned employees in 2011 that they must follow this guideline.
“I submitted my emails when requested.” Not true. In fact, Clinton, by federal guidelines would have been required to sign a form OF-109 which states that if all records and communications are not submitted when leaving, and if anything is missing or withheld, that constitutes a felony. Records of email photocopies are just being submitted two years later after a battle and “negotiations” involving the feds and Clinton’s criminal defense attorney began in August 2014!
“I chose to use one phone for convenience.” A complete lie because just weeks prior in a videotaped interview, Clinton was asked about her phone selection. She said “iPhone,” then admitted she had a Blackberry, then admitted she also carried two versions of an iPad.
