Life presents many paradoxes. The Bee reported some cities in the Bay Area are raising water rates.
The reason? People are using less water trying to conserve because of the drought. The municipal utilities are taking in less cash.
So, if you are concerned about the drought, you cut back on water use, but because you cut back, you pay more for using less water. That makes no sense, and, it is a paradox, isn’t it?
