My heartfelt thanks for Rick Bentley’s review of “Fifty Shades of Grey.” (Feb. 13)
“There has never been a film so painful to watch, both because of how poorly it’s written, acted an shot and for its disgustingly vulgar treatment of women. The movie would be painfully laughable if it wasn’t so horribly offensive.”
Mr. Bentley’s accurate, informative opinion says it all.
Did I read the book? No. Will I see the film? No.
Never miss a local story.
This subject matter will only contribute to what is not only a national problem, but a planet problem: domestic violence against women.
We could establish two more Marjoree Mason Centers tomorrow and they still wouldn’t accommodate all of those in need, just locally.
To those who consider this pond scum entertainment, you’d be wise to pull your heads out because you’re drowning in in dirty water.
