Citizens often complain about their trips to the Department of Motor Vehicles being unpleasant. My appointment this morning began with the caring of a young lady standing in line with me in the cold waiting for the door to open. She immediately suggested I wait in my car until opening time, and she would come and get me! Her name was Elizabeth.
When the doors opened at 8 a.m., I was sent to an employee named Gregory, who was quick, efficient and so pleasant it made my day. I commented that having to go to DMV was reported to be like going to the dentist. Not at the Sierra and Blackstone avenues office!
