Someone needs to explain why “we the people” should be concerned about Russian influence in U.S. elections.
The United States spends millions of dollars a year to influence foreign governments we believe are friendly to us. We call this “foreign aid” and if spent by the CIA it is called “black ops budgeting.”
And Russia is not alone in trying to influence American policy makers. The Chinese in particular have donated millions to the Clinton Foundation and nobody seems to care about this.
Every penny being spent on this “investigation” of Russian influence is money that should be spent on something else. This investigation is a distraction from real issues facing this country.
