Conway for Assembly The 34th Assembly District, just by virtue of its size, is a challenge to represent. Its boundaries encompass all or parts of Tulare, Kern, Inyo and San Bernardino counties. The rambling district has vast agricultural riches, which provides much of its strength but also brings along many challenges: immigration, environmental consequences, social issues and land-use policies.
