ACOSTA -- Elisandro Acosta, 80, of Mariposa died Saturday. He was a retired district attorney. Arrangements: Palm Memorial Sierra Chapel in Oakhurst.

ARNDT -- Edward Arndt, 93, of Lancaster, formerly of Fresno, died Sunday. He was in the Air Force for 28 years. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Lisle Funeral Home. Services: 7 p.m. Friday, Lisle Calaveras Chapel. Interment: 10 a.m. Saturday, Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers: Alzheimer's Foundation of Central California, 4411 N. Cedar Ave., Suite 102, Fresno, CA 93726.

AULT -- Vanessa Rashae Ault, 30, of Fresno died Sunday. No services. Remembrances: on behalf of the family to Cherished Memories Memorial Chapel, 3000 E. Tulare St., Fresno, CA 93721. Arrangements: Cherished Memories Memorial Chapel.

BARNETT -- Harold E. Barnett, 75, of Tulare died Monday. He was a retired heavy-equipment operator. Private family services were held. Arrangements: Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel.

BLANCHARD -- Bill Blanchard, 67, of Hanford died Friday. Services will be at a later date. Arrangements: People's Funeral Chapel.

FREEMAN -- Ronald Ray Freeman, 75, of Hanford died Oct. 17. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today, People's Funeral Chapel. Services: noon Friday at the chapel.

GOMEZ -- Ricardo B. Gomez, 75, of Firebaugh died Sunday. He was a farm laborer. Visitation: noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Rosary and Mass: 2 p.m. Saturday at the church. Arrangements: Thomas-Robinson Funeral Home in Selma.

GREXTON -- Edna Mavis Grexton, 87, of Fresno died Friday. She was a professor. Private services. Arrangements: Yost & Webb Funeral Home.

HAY -- Goldie L. Hay, 83, of Farmersville died Tuesday. She was a sewing machine operator. No services. Arrangements: Evans Miller Guinn Exeter Chapel.

HOLDCROFT -- Ronald Glen Holdcroft, 62, of Madera died Sunday. He was a retired police officer. Graveside: 10 a.m. Friday, Arbor Vitae Cemetery. Remembrances: Hinds Hospice, 1616 W. Shaw Ave., Suite A-5, Fresno, CA 93711. Arrangements: Jay Chapel.

JACKSON -- Christopher Jackson, 34, of Coarsegold died Saturday. He was a carpenter. Graveside: 10 a.m. Friday, Oakhill Cemetery in Oakhurst. Arrangements: Palm Memorial Sierra Chapel in Oakhurst.

JONES -- Barbara Jones, 93, of North Fork died Sunday. She was a homemaker. Arrangements: Palm Memorial Sierra Chapel in Oakhurst.

MARTIN -- Bel R. Martin, 85, of Tulare died Monday. He was a self-employed dairyman. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today, Miller's Tulare Funeral Home. Rosary and Mass: 11 a.m. Friday, St. Aloysius Catholic Church.

McCABE -- Leonard M. McCabe Jr., 83, of Fresno died Oct. 22. He was employed with the border patrol for 21 years. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Lisle Funeral Home. Graveside: 1 p.m. Monday, San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella.

MEKHITARIAN -- Nichan Choukri Mekhitarian, 72, of Fresno died Oct. 7. He was the owner and operator of electronic sales and repair companies for 40 years. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Wildrose Chapel & Funeral Home. Church services: noon Saturday, Holy Trinity Apostolic Armenian Church.

MORRISON -- Tedra "Teddy" Morrison, 83, of Madera died Saturday. She was a retired instructional aide for Pajarjo School District. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Saturday, Lou and Chuck Emmert's residence, 1710 Jennings St. Remembrances: Madera County Historical Society, 210 W. Yosemite Ave., Madera, CA 93639 or San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust, 11605 Old Friant Road, Fresno, CA 93730. Arrangements: Neptune Society of Central California in Fresno.
