The Tulare County Office of Education and Brandman University are hosting a job fair Jan. 30 for substitute teachers to address the shortage of such teachers in the area.
The job fair, which will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Brandman University’s Visalia campus, is seeking candidates who:
• Have at least 90 units of college coursework and seeking an education-related degree.

• Have proof of a passing score on the CBEST or are eligible for a CBEST waiver.
• Have passed a LiveScan fingerprint background check through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
