A conflict between biker gangs may have led to the fatal stabbing of a man in Oakhurst Saturday, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.
Jacob Jerome Henderson, 45, of Oakhurst, was stabbed just before 3 p.m. Saturday in a parking lot off Highway 41. Bystanders and then arriving Sheriff’s Deputies performed CPR on Henderson, but he died at the scene.
Some witnesses said an altercation appeared to develop between motorcycle gangs, but associates of the dead man said they didn’t know who had stabbed him, the Sheriff’s Office said.
The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with more information to call them at 559-675-7770.
