The man who died in a Tulare crash that also killed a woman and an unborn child was driving drunk, police said Friday.
According to a toxicology report, driver Brandon Snow, 26, of Visalia had a blood-alcohol level of .13 percent, above the legal limit of .08 percent for driving, police said.
About 12:30 a.m. Oct. 31, Snow was driving a 1997 Chevrolet S10 pickup when he made a left-hand turn and pulled out in front of traffic at North Mooney Boulevard south of East Prosperity Avenue, colliding with a 2012 Hyundai.
Snow’s passenger, Amanda Bonds, 35, of Visalia, was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
A passenger in the Hyundai, Tiffany Bolitho, 25, of Modesto, who was eight months pregnant, was taken to a hospital and her unborn child was later pronounced dead, police said.
The case is closed, police said.
