Male juvenile is fatally shot in Selma
A male juvenile died after he was shot in Selma on Saturday, Selma police reported Sunday morning.
Selma police responded to the 2600 block of Nebraska Avenue to discover the victim, whose name is not being released because of his age. Police said the victim may have been shot by a suspect (or suspects) from a vehicle that then left the scene.
The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, where he later died.
Selma police were scheduled to hold a news conference at 11 a.m. Sunday to discuss the homicide.
