Fresno police arrested an armed gang member and two others early Friday morning.
Patrol officers working around 1 a.m. Friday at McKinley Avenue and Highway 99 noticed a car with a passenger riding on the window frame as it drove down the street.
The officers stopped the car and found the driver was unlicensed. They removed the three occupants, two men and a 14-year-old girl, to search the car.
Officers found a loaded .380 caliber semi-automatic gun on the girl, then discovered it belonged to to the front passenger, Anthony Armstrong.
Armstrong, 29, is a convicted felon and gang member. Police arrested him on suspicion of felony child endangerment and weapons violations.
The driver, Cameron Moore, 22, is a gang member and was on probation, police said. He was also a passenger in a recent police chase, during which a loaded gun was found in the vehicle. Police arrested Moore for probation violation.
Police arrested the girl on a warrant for violating state Welfare and Institutions Code.
