A 17-year-old boy is under arrest after Hanford police recovered a stolen police radio and a police handgun magazine.
Friday afternoon, police and Kings County probation officers went to a mobile home park in the 12000 block of West Lacey Boulevard and found a white pickup stolen out of Tulare.
The youth had a Hanford police handgun magazine that police said was stolen along with the radio from an off-duty officer’s vehicle March 19. He also had shaved car keys used to break into cars and start them, police said.
The radio was found at a home near 13th Avenue and Lacey Boulevard.
