    A report of a man walking down a southwest Fresno street armed with a shotgun sent Fresno police scrambling Monday morning, but the suspect turned out to be a highly inebriated man with a BB gun in his pants, Sgt. Pete Boyer said. The report came weeks after another man who had already killed one man embarked on a shooting spree that left three dead near downtown Fresno.
