Top-seeded Buchanan advanced to the D-I championship with a 3-0 victory against No. 4 Liberty-Bakersfield and increased its unbeaten streak to 15 straight.
The Bears (20-2-2) will host No. 3 Bullard (13-9-2) at 1 p.m. Saturday for the title.
J.P. Medina, Isaiah Trejo and Nathan Toto all scored for the Bears, who haven't lost since a 1-0 setback to Loyola-Los Angeles during the Golden West Invitational at the end of December.
Medina connected for the only goal Buchanan would need in the seventh minute. On a crossing pass, Trejo chested a ball down to Medina for a half-volley score.
Trejo made it 2-0 in the 18th minute when he took a pass from Chris Newmark and slid the ball past the goalkeeper.
Trevor Spurgeon set up Toto for a tap-in and the final goal in the 47th minute.
Scoring might not come easily for the Bears against Bullard. The Knights have won six straight, including the past five in shutouts.
Bullard won its semifinal on Tuesday, beating No. 10 Clovis West 4-0.
