Grandma Bonnie’s Almond Roca

2 sticks of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 sleeve of graham crackers
1 cup of chopped almonds
1 12-oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9×12 casserole oven dish with foil including the sides. Make one layer of crackers on the bottom of pan. Melt butter and brown sugar on the stove and heat to a boil. Let boil (with bubbles) for 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn. Pour and spread mixture evenly on top of crackers. Bake for 5 minutes. Pour chocolate chips on top and spread around as they melt. Sprinkle almonds on top. Refrigerate for a couple hours. Break in pieces to serve.
