Nicole DiBuduo Linder has been named the new executive director of the Marjaree Mason Center, the Fresno organization that shelters and supports domestic-violence victims.
She comes to the center from Valley Children’s Community Foundation, where she was senior development officer. Before holding that post, Linder worked for 11 years as a director in fund development for Fresno Pacific University.
At Marjaree Mason, Linder will be responsible for daily operations as well as advocating for legislation to help women who are victims of domestic violence. She will also oversee fundraising.
She replaces Genelle Taylor Kumpe, who stepped down in June.
Never miss a local story.
Linder has a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and journalism from Fresno State.
“Nicole’s strong connection to our community and her successful marketing and philanthropic fundraising experience make her the natural choice to lead this dynamic team,” said Dan Adams, president of the center’s board.
Linder is married with two children and is active in Rotary, New Covenant Community Church and the Fugman Elementary School Parent Teacher Council.
