Eight Central Valley nonprofits that advocate for foster youth transition programs were awarded more than $157,000 through the Golden 1 Community Grant Program.
The nonprofits are: California Youth Connection – Central Valley, CASA of Fresno & Madera Counties, CASA of Kings County, Transitions Children’s Services, Boys & Girls Club of Fresno County, Friends of the Oakhurst Library, Reading & Beyond and Valley PBS Family Circle.
