A community meeting about affordable housing, economic opportunities and a suitable living environment will be held Thursday in Visalia by the North Visalia Neighborhood Advisory Committee.
The city receives federal funds for affordable housing and is preparing an action plan to be discussed at 5:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Oval Service Center in Lincoln Oval Park.
The public can provide comments at the meeting.
The city receives community development block grants and home investment partnership funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
