A Mariposa County family of five was displaced after a fire destroyed their home around 3 a.m. Wednesday.
The 1,300-square-foot two-story home in Greeley Hill was deemed a total loss.
The two adults and three children living in the home escaped without injuries.
The family turned down Red Cross assistance, stating they will be staying with relatives.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation Wednesday night.
No further information was available Wednesday night.
