Woodward and Roeding parks in Fresno will be open for extended hours on Sunday in anticipation of extra Easter visitors, the city of Fresno announced Thursday.
Both parks will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The entry fee will be $5 per vehicle at each location.
Additional staff will also be on hand to collect trash, help with parking and assist visitors.
The city warns that both parks could close to vehicles if parking lots fill up on the busy holiday. Roeding Park visitors could also face slow traffic on Belmont Avenue due to construction at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo.
