A 70-year-old died after three cars were involved in crash Thursday night on the outskirts of Tulare, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Officers were called to the scene along Hillman Street just north of Pacific Avenue about 6:40 p.m., CHP Officer Anthony Beltran said.
