A motorcycle rider was killed after he crashed into a Honda vehicle that pulled out in front of him Sunday in Squaw Valley.
The Fresno County coroner identified the rider Tuesday as William Rouse, 56, of Tulare.
The California Highway Patrol said the man was traveling west on Highway 180 when the Honda made a left turn onto the highway to head east.
The force of the crash threw Rouse from his bike and he died at the scene. The driver of the 2013 Honda suffered minor injuries and was treated at Community Regional Medical Center. He was identified as R. L. Avery, 37, of Squaw Valley.
