Granville Homes will unveil two model homes in its newest Fresno community on Saturday.
Belterra is a 94-home development at Fowler and Shields avenues in the Clovis Unified School District. Houses will range in size from 1,623 square feet to nearly 3,500 square feet with up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Prices start at $284,950.
The first phase of construction will include a large park and walking trails. A second park is planned for phase two.
Other features of the homes, which include two new designs, are wood-tone garage doors, water-wise landscaping, 12-foot sliding glass French doors and Granville Eco-Smart technology.
A program called Granville Pulse will allow Belterra homeowners to control the lights, locks, temperature and alarms of their new homes from a smartphone or tablet.
