Homebuilder Benchmark Communities will open its newest Clovis neighborhood this weekend.
Diamond Crest is a 144-home development south of Harlan Ranch on Owens Mountain Parkway off Highway 168. The houses, ranging between 2,263 to 3,400 square feet, will be built on large lots that average about 10,000 square feet in size.
Nine home designs from the builder’s luxury Marquise and Emerald collections are available with floorplans that have up to five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and garages with room for at least three vehicles. There is an option for a four- or five-car garage.
The neighborhood will have walking paths and a park. There are no homeowner association dues. Prices start in the low $400,000s.
Diamond Crest is Benchmark’s fifth community in the central San Joaquin Valley. The builder has developments in Clovis, Madera and Sanger. The company also builds new homes across the West Coast, the Pacific Northwest and the southeastern United States.
