Four Hispanic real estate agents from the central San Joaquin Valley are among the Top 250 Latino Realtors across the country, according to a national trade organization.

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals released a report on Wednesday, compiled from self nominations, that lists the nation’s top Latino agents. The ranking is based on the total number of closings from 2013.

The local Realtors who made the list are:

- Luis Mota of Century 21 Jordan Link, Visalia at No. 50

- Manuel Chavez Jr. of M.C. Real Estate Corp., Fresno at No. 53

- Isaac Ramirez of RE/MAX Gold, Clovis at No. 118

- Irma Soltero-Sparks of Century 21 C. Watson, Fresno at No. 121

“The Hispanic real estate market is large and is growing rapidly,” said Jason Madiedo, association president. “Since 2010, Latinos have accounted for 56% of the total net growth in U.S. owner households, with purchasing power of approximately $1.5 trillion projected next year. These top agents are achieving tremendous success representing buyers and sellers from markets across America, and NAHREP is honored to salute them with this report.”
