• Family HealthCare Network Clinical Dental DirectorIsaac Navarro
was honored with the Hometown Advocate Award by the National Association of Community Health Centers. The award recognizes individuals whose contribution has developed and enhanced education and training programs for health professionals at community-based health centers.
• TheRotary Club of Fresno
donated $3,712 to Mental Health Systems for Grace’s Place. This grant provides for two toddler rockers and a pyramid shade for the toddler rockers. The club also donated $350 to the North South Rotary All-Star Football Game. These funds support a collective Rr
otary effort for 25 scholarships of $1,000. This scholarship is open to any high school senior with a 3.5 grade-point average.

•Dr. Charles Wynn
joined Adventist Health/Community Care–Corcoran East as a chiropractor. He graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles and has been providing chiropractic care in Hanford for 50 years.
joined Adventist Health/Community Care–Orosi as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing from California State University, Fresno, and has more than 14 years of experience in health care.
joined California Cotton Ginners and Growers Associations and the Western Agricultural Processors Association as director of regulatory affairs. She will be responsible for regulatory issues with respect to cotton growers and ginners, as well as the tree nut hulling and processing industries. Specific areas will include water, air quality, pesticides and environmental issues.

, doctor of psychology, to its staff. Garabedian graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, West in San Jose, magna cum laude and class salutatorian.
