Julian March, an insurance salesman with a wife and son, is having an affair with his non-exclusive twenty-something co-worker. Although Julian intends to end his affair and repair his failing marriage, he is circumvented emotionally by the unexpected die-hard affection of his mistress whn he tries to break up with her.
