Beginning Monday night, traffic signal poles will be removed and replaced with stop signs at Clovis Avenue and Third Street.

The change is in preparation for a traffic signal project. The four-way stop will be in effect for about four weeks.

Motorists are encouraged to plan their routes and give themselves enough time to avoid or travel the area safely.

One lane of Teague Ave. to be closed

On Monday and Tuesday, the eastbound, outer lane of Teague Avenue east of Peach Avenue in Clovis will be closed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for plumbing work at Buchanan High School.

Drivers are asked to plan their routes, give themselves enough time to avoid or travel the area safely.
