Celebrity chef and restaurateur Tyler Florence was in Fresno on Thursday night enjoying the Bruno Mars concert at the Save Mart Center and dining at the Annex Kitchen.
Florence, who hosts several Food Network shows, had good things to say about chef Jimmy Pardini and his hot new restaurant, Annex Kitchen. He posted this on his Instagram page:

Florence is in the central San Joaquin Valley on behalf of Pat and Vincent Ricchiuti, the father and son founders of Enzo Olive Oil Company. The Ricchiutis and Florence have teamed up to create a special edition oil, Tyler Florence Test Kitchen Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

Pardini, who opened Annex Kitchen in 2015, appreciated the support from fellow chef Florence saying: “We were so honored to have @tylerflorence dine with us last night!”
This isn’t the first time a celebrity chef has gushed over Pardini’s cooking. Simon Majumdar, a judge on Food Network shows like “Iron Chef America” and “Cutthroat Kitchen,” said the restaurant’s agnolotti pasta was the best dish he ate in the United States last year.
