‘Happy Neuter Year’ approaches

Visitors can get their male dogs or cats neutered for $20. There are no income or ZIP code restrictions, but space is limited. 40 students from various local high schools raised $30,367 for the Marjaree Mason Center through a campaign called HUGS – Helping Underprivileged Girls Succeed.
