* Special report: KVPT (Channel 18.1) will broadcast "Facts for Life: What You Need to Know about Breast Cancer" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Panelists include: Dr. Christopher Perkins, California Oncology Center; Debbie Garrett, program manager for the California Health Collaborative; and Dr. Connie Schneider, nutrition and consumer sciences adviser with Fresno's UC Extension.

* Back to work: The Disney Channel will debut the third season of its Emmy-nominated series for preschoolers "Handy Manny" at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 7. The third season will include the introduction of 10 new tool characters.

Guest stars include Rosario Dawson as a marine biologist, Dale Earnhardt Jr. as a race car driver, and Jim Belushi as a drawbridge operator.

* Really? The Game Show Network will air the new reality series "Carnie Wilson: Unstapled," starring game show host, singer and entertainer Carnie Wilson. It is set to launch Jan. 14.

* On the Web: Just in time for Halloween, Paramount Digital Entertainment is bringing audiences the sci-fi thriller "Circle of Eight." The first three episodes of the 10-part series will premiere on My- Space on Tuesday.
