*Down the rabbit hole: Syfy's re-imagined spin on "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" will premiere at 9 p.m. Dec. 6 and air over two consecutive nights. In this modern day spin on the classic stories by Lewis Carroll, Academy Award winner Kathy Bates ("Misery") stars as the Queen of Hearts and Caterina Scorsone ("Crash") as Alice.
Rounding out the cast are: Tim Curry ("Rocky Horror Picture Show"), Dodo; Colm Meaney ("Star Trek: Deep Space Nine"), King of Hearts; Philip Winchester ("Crusoe"), and Jack Chase.
All aboard: Recording artist Jordin Sparks will make a guest appearance on the Disney Channel series "The Suite Life on Deck" at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 23. *Animated effort: The "Become A South Park Citizen" sweepstakes will give one winner a chance to have their likeness animated as a "South Park" character. To enter, locate the hidden alien in each show and then enter at SouthParkStudios.com for a chance to win.
*Bravo's new project: Bravo's new fashion creative competition series, "Launch My Line," will debut at 11 p.m. Dec. 2, following part one of the "Top Chef: Las Vegas" finale.
Designers Dean and Dan Caten serve as the series hosts, and fashion notables Stefani Greenfield and Lisa Kline are judges.
