If you missed the Selma Arts Center’s very fine production last year of “In the Heights,” now’s your chance to relive some of the magic at a special reunion concert Sunday, July 24, at The Voice Shop.
From the event’s Facebook page:

With Maddie Allen, William Bishop, Michael Dumas, Mandy Hamilton, Sabrina Lopez, Tim Fletcher, and Chanel Walton.
Grijalva, who made a splash as the production’s director, writes:
“We really missed the music, and each other, so we thought this would be a fun thing to do. There will also be a preview performance by cast members from “Heathers” (which opens Aug. 5). It should be a fun night!”
(And, contrary to what you might think, I do not get a $5 bonus every time I write about Grijalva. He’s just a very busy and creative guy these days.)
(Plus, inquiring minds want to know: Will Damen Pardo regrow his goatee by Sunday?)
