Juan Gabriel is coming back to Fresno.
The Latin singer announced 23 dates for his MeXXIco Es Todo tour, which kicks off in San Diego and come to the Save Mart Center Sunday, Sept. 11. Tickets for the show are $49-$179 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, June 3, at the Save Mart Center box office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.
After signing a major record deal in the 1970s, Gabriel become one of the Latin music’s most successful artists, crafting rancheras, mariachis, ballads and pop and rock tunes – for himself and for other Latin stars. He remains a relevant artists. In the last year Gabriel has had three albums top Billboard’s Latin Albums chart. His last tour was in the top 10 on Pollstar’s list of global concert tours, ranked by box office gross per city.
This is a return trip to the arena for Gabriel. He performed there in February of last year.

Tickets for the performance – billed as one-night only – are $34.50-$94.50 and go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, June 17, at the theater box office, online or by phone at 800-745-3000. Internet pre-sale tickets will be available from 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, to 10 p.m. Thursday, June 16.
Prine is a two-time Grammy Award winner whose songs have been covered by the likes of Johnny Cash, the Everly Brothers and Ben Harper and Old Crow Medicine Show. They have earned him an Americana Lifetime Achievement Award for songwriting; an induction into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Song Lyrics of Literary Excellence Award from PEN New England. That puts him in the company of songwriters like Leonard Cohen and Randy Newman.
