Live Dead 69 – While it sounds like a teenage metalhead’s online user name, this is actually a not-to-be-missed concert for fans of the Grateful Dead. An all-star lineup of musicians (including Grateful Dead pianist Tom Constanten) recreate the Dead’s iconic first live album. The concert is being billed as a birthday bash for Jerry Garcia, though it actually is between his birthday (Aug. 1, 1942) and the day he died (Aug. 9, 1995). Details: 8 p.m. Friday.
