The event hopes to raise $3.5 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the communities they serve. In Fresno, that hospital is Valley Children’s Hospital, which is also celebrating Kids Day Tuesday.
Guests can receive a free short stack of pancakes, which usually cost $4.79, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Guests are asked to leave a donation.
Since the inception of National Pancake Day in 2006, IHOP has raised $24 million to support charities in the local communities in which they operate. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises money for 170 member hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. Donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric medical equipment and charitable care.
