Fresno City College welcomes back its annual Renaissance Festival. The event has been on hiatus for the past seven years as the campus Old Administration Building was being restored.
The day-long festival features a bevy of historical re-enactors, entertainers and artisans of hand-crafted goods who will transform the west lawn of the university into the merchant village of Scarborough.
The festival also features historical music, costumes and traditions in an educational manner. See period dances, a demonstration of a trebuchet, sword-fighters, storytellers, comedians and jugglers.
