More than 35 local car and motorcycle clubs will come together on Saturday, Feb. 7, to honor Janessa Ramirez, the 9-year old who was killed in gang crossfire on Jan. 18. The inaugural Janessa Ramirez Memorial Car and Bike Show is a fundraiser for the Ramirez family. All proceeds from the registration fees and vendor sales will benefit the Ramirez family. The event, presented by the Rockabilly Mafia Car Club, is free to attend but donations will be accepted on site.
Along with the car and display, there will be food and clothing vendors and live music from more than a dozen bands. The Los Angeles funk soul group Slapbak headlines.
