A photograph accompanying a front-page story Sunday about accidents involving agricultural trucks in the Valley was used only to illustrate the type of vehicle concerned. The Bee did not intend to suggest that owners of the truck shown, Trans Valley Transport Inc. of Gilroy, has operated unsafe trucks or committed any illegal practices. Federal records show the company has above-average inspection results and the highest safety rating.


A few rules are needed to help foster a feeling of community.
