A story on Page A3 Wednesday incorrectly reported that Fresno businessman Krikor “Kirk” Vartanian was wearing a short-sleeved shirt when he was released from Fresno County Jail. Vartanian, who had been held on suspicion of assault and writing bad checks, was wearing a long-sleeved shirt.


A few rules are needed to help foster a feeling of community.
