PUBLIC NOTICE#29688 FRESNO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School District ("FUSD") will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 13-15, Roosevelt High School Athletic Field Rehabilitation A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for April 2, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Southwest Parking Lot at Roosevelt High School, 4250 E. Tulare St, Fresno CA 93702 . Bidders shall be required to have a valid Class "A" Contractors License . Bids must be received prior to 10:01 A.M. on April 11, 2013 in the FUSD-Purchasing Department, 4498 N. Brawley, Fresno CA 93722 after which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to FUSD. The Bid documents are on file at the office of Central California Builders Exchange. Copies of the bid documents may be obtained may be obtained from Gateway Engineering Inc., 5811 E.
