Entrepreneur training program set in Visalia

The Tulare County Economic Development Corporation will offer a nine-week entrepreneur training program in cooperation with California State University, Fresno.

Registration is open for the program, which begins Nov. 10 and will meet every Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Visalia Chamber of Commerce, 220 N. Santa Fe St.

Classes will include sessions on idea feasibility, marketing, industry analysis, finance and accounting, business law and operations management. The program is being done in cooperation with the Lyles Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Fresno State.

Registration is $200, but subsidies are available to businesses in some areas.
