The ambitious Running Horse project -- replete with a golf course and hundreds of upscale homes -- fell into bankruptcy in April. In May, celebrity billionaire Donald Trump came forward and offered to buy the development in west Fresno.
After numerous twists and turns, Trump withdrew his offer in July, but left open the option of pursuing the development during the bankruptcy process.
